The Role

The Manager will navigate nuanced and manual processes, introduce automation where applicable and ensure the ultimate client experience or our clients. The role will include leadership of an operational team focused on reconciliation analysis and maintenance processing.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring

  • College degree or applicable work experience
  • 2+ years of management experience is preferred
  • Alternative Investments experience is a major plus
  • Series 7 or 99 license (or within 90 days of hire)
  • Strong problem-solving ability that encourages creative solutions
  • Strong written and verbal, communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible when the business changes and lead others through change
  • Ability to build relationships and work across the organization
  • Self-motivated to grow and deepen external industry relationships
  • Cultivate a meaningful role in the customer experience
  • Develop opportunities to drive the business towards a first-class digital experience
  • Implement standards for optimized performance delivery and aligned with industry best practices
  • Supervise and support 10-15 associates daily. Mentoring desired behaviors. Encouraging an environment of passion, growth and development. Coach to key behaviors that help drive business results.
  • Partner with Technology resources to ensure product rollouts to deliver maximum benefit to Fidelity
  • Carefully manage, monitor and report results along with the ability to assess and mitigate risk
