As the Digital Excellence pillar at MAS, we drive MAS’s digital strategy across the group by making sure that the solutions we offer are flexible and suited to future proof MAS, against headwinds and opportunities and make MAS relevant in the future by building the required capabilities. Our Solutioning & Delivery team design, deliver and adopt solutions efficiently across all teams, tools and technologies while integrating wider business functions to add more value.
 
What you need to do:

• Provide functional/ architectural leadership in the design of future proofing project pipelines
• Work closely with the Innovation Board (IB) and business/ process owners in terms of outlining the technological roadmap
• Upskill and probe new technologies in order to stay on par with the latest industry trends
• Provide comprehensive solutions which captures the business requirements in full while adhering to other peripheral necessities such as governance, legal and infrastructure... etc.
• Attend to the day-to-day CRs as & when requested by the business
• Coordinate & collaborate with other areas of specialization in order to draw parallels and capitalize on win/win situations – cross pillar versatility
• Ensure that the individual budgeted target for the pillar is met in full
• Work closely with the Process Governance Team (PGT) regarding changes and improvements to existing solution landscapes
• Work diligently with external tech partners and solution providers as & when required
• Stakeholder management in terms of both internal & external with the best interest of group as a whole

 
What you need to have:

• Degree / postgraduate qualification in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or IT / equivalent professional qualification
• SAP certification is a must
• A Masters qualification in any of the above would be advantageous
• 8+ years of experience in a similar capacity
