What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Manager, you will manage a team of field sales account executives, responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great experience for existing and potential customers. 
You will:
• Directly manage field-based Sales Account Managers
• Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members
• Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
• Drive business process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly

Essential Requirements
• 8 to 12 years of relevant Outside Sales experience and 2+ years of managerial experience 
• Ability to drive training and developing plans for the organization

• Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree
