This program is intended to give opportunities to young graduates, who are willing to go well beyond boundaries and strive for excellence and to develop their talent to become the leaders in different verticals of the business. This will be a 12-month comprehensive learning journey blended with hands-on experience in business operation. This experience will help you to have holistic view of the business whilst enhancing your potential and shaping your career.

Who can join us ?

• Bachelor's degree with minimum Second-Class Upper division OR equivalent Professional Qualification 
• Track record of Extra-Curricular activities 
• Internship experience will be an added advantage 
• Positive and vibrant personality with a knack to lead 
• Age below 25
