Your field of responsibility
Cost, FTE and Business Management, including:
- Manage Cost/FTE Budget, actual, forecast, allocation
- E2E Business Management - operational, administrative & organization oversight
- Accurate Cost allocations and recharge as per agreed methodology
- Resource/ HC Management
- Expense Forecast including T&E, reporting, accruals etc.
- TOM investment / saves tracking
- Rate card validations
- Management Reporting
- Monthly Accruals
Headcount - Plan Vs actual, Flight Plans, HC Recon including:
- Attrition, bench, demographics etc.
- HC reporting
Management reports for review and oversight including analysis for Key-metrics:
- Provide timely and relevant MI for GF governance
- Ensure any key risks are highlighted via governance forums
- Provide MI required for key management decisions both on pre agreed metrics as well as ad hoc requirements including financial, HC, etc.
Compliance and Governance:
- Support on tracking of projects

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- MBA Finance or equivalent is essential
- Proven ability to understand and work with numbers, analytical ability
- Financial services experience of at least 10 years
- Experience in financial and management reporting and FP&A; COO/Operational and/or Business Management Experience
- Outstanding ability to engage with senior-stakeholders globally
- Relevant experience in global organizations and delivery to tight timeline
- End to End exposure of budgeting and/or financial planning & forecasting
- Expert level knowledge in MS Excel
- Working knowledge in MS Access, Macros and VB Coding
- Proven experience in Automation of Financial Reports
- Proven experience in Business Management roles, strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to build constructive relationships and communicate in a global matrixed organization
- Capable of acting at speed along with balancing control requirements
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, simplify outputs and recommendations in a dynamic environment
