The Role

The Managed Solutions Product team is looking for energetic, upbeat leaders who have a passion for defining, evolving, and executing the strategic product offerings within Managed Solutions UMA and SMA/Direct Indexing squads. These roles will use innovative thinking and creativity to develop new and transform existing offerings towards scalable digital solutions aimed at meeting the sophisticated needs of our client’s investment goals.   

Your focus in this exciting and industry leading space will be to advance the work of building and Managed Solutions products and personalized solutions by using your knowledge of clients and investments, along with your skills in delivering value in an agile environment. This role can be hired at Consultant or Director level depending on skills. #CSB

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Bachelors or equivalent with 6- 8+ years of experience. MBA a plus.

Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred and for some roles may be required within 6 months, CFP a plus.

Strong investment knowledge and/or financial services product management experience, with an understanding of the competitive landscape in the High Net Worth, Wealth Management and SMA markets.

Driving competitive advantage through outstanding customer experience and targeted customer communications

Experience in product management including marketing financial services products, product positioning, collateral creation, R&D and experimentation. 

Knowledge of investment products, particularly managed accounts and other advisory offerings and financial planning

Digital marketing experience with knowledge of campaign development utilizing data.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative, client centric environment.

Familiarity working with technology teams using agile methodology, e.g.: story writing, backlog refinement, retrospectives and sprint planning.

A passion for of disruptive innovation to continually be leaders in meeting our customers. expectations and needs in the marketplace beyond traditional financial services experiences.

Ability to synthesize sophisticated data from multiple, disparate sources and presenting analysis, relevant insights and themes in a simple way.

Understanding of client facing/advisor led process a plus.

Experience participating in and leading readiness and roll out activities for clients and Fidelity associates.

Strong Equity and/or Fixed Income knowledge required for targeted roles.   

The Team

You are a Client Solutions Business Chapter Member and embedded in a Managed Solutions Product squad. Managed Solutions provides discretionary money management services on over 1 million accounts with over $627B in assets under management. The product teams are multi-functional groups of individuals with product management, product delivery, digital content development, investment, and field expertise.  They are responsible for running and evolving the managed account offerings for the firm within the Wealth Management domain.

As a squad member, the primary focus is to leverage your investment management and digital marketing skills to perform research and analysis on future and existing products and clients, as well as complete competitive analysis and industry trends. You will interact with client facing associates to capture the voice of clients & associates, including feedback on existing products and future opportunities.

The role collaborates closely with the many squads within the Managed Solutions Product Area, client facing associates and leadership, Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance, and the asset management team.

Please see below for the salary range for work locations in Colorado only:

$85,000 – $150,000

This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
