As an Major Incident IT Analyst / Senior, you’ll help drive a proactive approach to Major Incident response and resolution. In addition, you’ll work with all groups across the enterprise and own the facilitation, coordination, and communication of IT outages. In this position, you’ll manage activities and processes involved in restoring IT Services after disruptions in IT services occur, capture data to document, categorize tasks for next steps and investigate and analyze the nature of the outage and the impact of incidents. Additionally, you'll also communicate and maintain incident status details and monitor situations for additional escalation points as directed by higher level team members. 

Must have qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Business, Communications, MIS, Computer Science)

In lieu of a degree, minimum of two years related work experience working with infrastructure and/or applications

Preferred skills

Monitoring and dashboard software knowledge, i.e. Splunk, AppDynamics

Ability to work with multiple departments, at all levels

Operations experience, and ability to handle stressful situations

LEAN and Agile methodologies

Great communication and people skills

This is a remote position.

Schedule

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET, Wednesday – Sunday and a rotating On-Call schedule

Compensation 

$65,790-$88,400/year 

Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
