The Maintenance Manager is a critical member of the maintenance leadership team. They are responsible for the development and coaching of the technical resources on-site to better diagnose, repair and document breakdowns or improvements for a given job plan. Maintains the schedule to ensure that there are enough technical resources to execute the job plan.

What are we looking for?

• 4 - 6 years experience in industrial maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical experience
• 2 - 4 years experience leading maintenance techs preferred

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Manage and lead a team of 15 technicians with varying levels of skill and experience
• Improve the response time and time to repair for breakdowns
• Improve the feedback provided from technicians on planned jobs to the planners to increase efficiency and wrench time
• Ensure all techs have the education, training and tools to perform their jobs
• Increase engagement of the technicians through team building and impact sessions
