Partner with the best

The Maintenance Leader ensures that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. This person proposes plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action and develops operational plan for the maintenance department and co-owns operational plan for facility maintenance with facilities team.

As a Maintenance Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing internal factory equipment, CNC Machine tools.
• Supervising employees who perform maintenance.
• Providing a supportive role in ensuring facilities capabilities remain available for production team to execute customer orders.
• Acting as Department leader responsible for Preventative Maintenance program, contractor management, and ordering of parts & equipment for maintenance activities.
• Leader is responsible for achieving deliverables on budget.
• Understanding and expertise in maintaining CNC machine tools
• Proficient computer skills & attention to detail to maintain budget, manage purchase orders, and receipt of parts and supplies.
• Understanding of facilities, electrical codes, hydraulics, etc.
• Part of Site's Emergency Response and Crisis Management Team (hurricanes, fire, etc.)

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing)
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Equipment Maintenance
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
