Leads purchasing, stockroom and maintenance associates to eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life of equipment.  Leads activities of workers engaged in repair, rebuild, maintenance, installation of machines, tools, and equipment. Leads Stockroom DMS.  Provides technical and problem-solving support for the plant through direct interaction and interaction of direct reports. Supports and executes plant specific technical strategies to achieve plants key performance goals for overall maintenance performance.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Supervise a maintenance team including sub-assembly rebuild, preventative and predictive maintenance and associated systems, management and control of maintenance costs specifically stockroom.

• Leads the plant PM (Planned Maintenance) function in their respective department by the development and management of PM implementation plans – especially the Stockroom DMS.

• Control maintenance expenditure in a cost-effective way according to the site budget for site repairs & rebuilds, resources, direct labor, and overtime.

• Oversee and coordinate activities in the Stock Room by managing parts order, receive, and store inventory, and material shipments.
