Pay Rate: $34.9299/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow all plant safety rules, LOTO, & required PPE at all times
- Follow all SOP’s that are applicable to performing this work as well as general plant SOP’s
- Ensure that all quality SOP requirements are being followed, and visual inspection is occurring at all times and documented
- Good housekeeping is required at all times. Work area is to be clean, orderly and free of hazards at all times.
- Participate in team meetings as required
- Troubleshoots, adjusts, and repairs all electrical equipment, components, transducers, and complex timing and inspection devices
- Performs preventative maintenance on assigned electrical systems
- Identifies inefficiencies and potential electrical problems and coordinates through supervisor to resolve issue
- Diagnoses causes of malfunctions and corrects through programmable logic controls
- Performs maintenance on AC and DC power system with voltage up to 480V
- Maintains and troubleshoots all electrical devices and equipment in the plant – PLCs, AC and DC Drives, sensors, and motors
- Assists in new installation and upgrades of plant equipment
- Assists and supports other production floor operations as required
- Installs and maintains high-speed, industrial process equipment for can and/or end making, power, lighting, control, and PLC logic controls for all production process and control equipment.

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Electrical background and/or experience required
- All applicants will be tested for Electrical Aptitude
- Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and balance. This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skills
- Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift, frequent overtime may also be required
