The Opportunity 

Adobe Research is looking for a Machine Learning Research Engineer with a passion for building tools to amplify human creative expression.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a cross-disciplinary effort to redefine Adobe's creative imaging tools with AI. At Adobe Research, you will work closely with scientists, engineers, and product teams to invent new technologies for image, video, and 3D graphics creation, and bring those technologies to life in products that reach millions worldwide.

Key Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in computer vision, machine learning or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as Pytorch and Tensorflow
• Hands-on experience in developing neural models for image analysis and synthesis
• Experience in building and deploying robust, sophisticated machine-learning systems
• Comfortable both building prototypes from scratch and writing maintainable code inside an existing codebase
• Software engineering skills that encourage code reuse among researchers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with C++ or Swift
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models on mobile environments, particularly iOS
• Knowledge of current research in computer vision, graphics, and image processing
