key Deliverables – M&A
- Support the Vice-President, M&A with the execution of transactions
- Assist corporate and region teams to identify new acquisition targets
- Assist in the development of business cases, data analysis, financial models, and associated presentations
- Support the analysis and presentations for C-Suite and Board of Directors
- Primary M&A activities include:
- Review of inbound opportunities for strategic fit
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Due diligence of potential targets
- Coordination of global resources to align on M&A opportunities
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of work experience in corporate accounting or corporate finance
- Excellent quantitative skill set and comfort with financial statements.
- Advanced accounting and financial modeling skills is a plus
- Qualified candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the US
