key Deliverables – M&A

• Support the Vice-President, M&A with the execution of transactions
• Assist corporate and region teams to identify new acquisition targets
• Assist in the development of business cases, data analysis, financial models, and associated presentations
• Support the analysis and presentations for C-Suite and Board of Directors
• Primary M&A activities include:
  • Review of inbound opportunities for strategic fit
  • Financial modeling and valuation
  • Due diligence of potential targets
  • Coordination of global resources to align on M&A opportunities

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of work experience in corporate accounting or corporate finance
• Excellent quantitative skill set and comfort with financial statements.
• Advanced accounting and financial modeling skills is a plus
• Qualified candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the US
