Position Overview
Oversee lubrication on all production equipment and assist maintenance associates on general department functions, as necessary, to ensure attainment of all key objectives including safety, quality, security, productivity and cost control while maintaining a high level of organization, accuracy and efficiency.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment

• Ensure all production equipment is lubricated as scheduled

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all production equipment

• Order and maintain lubrication materials on an as-needed basis

• Work closely with the production teams to ensure efficient line operations.

• Participate in miscellaneous projects on an as-needed basis

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the department.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma, General Education or Equivalent

Related Work Experience
Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Functional Skills

• Maintenance and/or production experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer experience preferred (Excel, Word, E-mail, CMMS)
