Overview

Enterprise Holdings is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as full time Lot Attendant for the Alamo and National brands. This position pays $15 / hour and is located at Washington Reagan Airport (DCA) in Arlington, VA 22202.

  • Sunday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Monday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist with lot organization and parking of cars  
  • Moving and positioning vehicles from varying locations within the airport for cleaning, servicing, transport and/or rental needs
  • Transport vehicles to gas stations for services such as gas tank fill-ups and checking air pressure in tires 
  • Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location; leave vehicles positioned for best access by service agents, as directed by management.
  • Drive clean vehicles to ready line area and park for easy access by customers as directed by management.
  • Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
  • Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
  • May be asked to clean vehicles
  • Perform other service-related duties to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
  • Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Must have 6 months of prior work experience or currently enrolled in college full time for a minimum of 6 months
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal, employment reference, education, and social security. A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you for employment. Rather, such factors as age and date of conviction, seriousness and nature of the crime, and rehabilitation will be considered.
    • In accordance with Washington, DC law, applicants will not be asked about their criminal record, and no criminal background checks will be conducted, unless and until a contingent offer of employment has been extended.
    • In accordance with Prince Georges County, MD and Montgomery County, MD law, applicants will not be asked about their criminal record and no criminal background checks will be conducted until after a successful first interview has been conducted.
