Job Description

Reporting to the Director of US Operations, you will have responsibility for management of various third party logistics providers and be the link between the warehouse team and the rest of the ASOS business. You will be responsible for all aspects of the logistics supply chain along with developing a robust strategy to improve efficiency and quality within the network.

  • Oversee all 3PL KPIs, SLAs, reporting and forecasting
  • Develop a strategy to achieve best in class fulfilment operations.
  • Management of all obsolete stock and improvement of stock loss
  • Overall financial forecasting across all locations
  • Budget responsibility for distribution centres.
  • Accountable for developing & continuously reviewing the fulfilment centre strategy.
  • Ensure that the fulfilment team are operationally aligned and work in coordination with our Key Stakeholders (Finance, Global Trade, B&M, Returns, IT and Customer Care)
  • Able to create strong and lasting relationships with external suppliers

Qualifications

We'd love to meet, someone with

  • Experience working in e-commerce
  • Experience working with fashion returns (desirable)
  • Strong awareness of buying and merchandising processes
  • Strong awareness of Supply Chain management and operations
  • Supplier negotiation and relationship management
  • Budget responsibility and ownership in previous roles
  • Ability to think strategically
