The Experience

In today’s dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the team at Colgate. Our highly upbeat and focused Customer Service and Logistics Team, is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive.

What role will you play as a member of the Customer and Logistics Team?

As the Logistics Analytics Leader, you will:

  • Provide analytics and data visualization to drive down cost and promote continuous improvement
  • Ensures learnings are captured throughout analysis and leverages lessons learned from prior initiatives to optimize results.
  • Provide and maintain data for key important metrics; provide trend analysis support on performance and report daily, weekly, monthly or as needed.
  • Provide budget alignment and tracking to senior management.
  • Develop and control the U.S. Logistics Budget.
  • Stay abreast of powerful industry best practices and business trends.
  • Network Design modeling teams in developing the supply chain network strategy.
  • Manages fulfillment segmentation

What you’ll need

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply chain / Logistics related.
  • Logistics or related field- Required a minimum of 10 years of functional/technical experience of Supply Chain processes and systems, including SAP, Office and Google. 
  • Preferred: Strong Financial Competence- Strong organizational, project management.
