Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities-Essential Functions
- Start and maintain machines to determine efficiency and quality
- Monitor and problem solve processes or equipment for quality and productivity
- Complete quality checks utilizing precision equipment to ensure product is within all control limits
- Take owner ship of line equipment which includes daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and problem solve mechanical/electrical problems by utilizing blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs
- Dismantle and reassemble machinery with hand tools, jacks, hoists, and other applicable tools to complete repairs, changeovers, or maintenance work
- Ability to use and read measuring equipment to make necessary adjustment to machines
- Own and operate production equipment in accordance with current GMPs and SOPs
- Adhere to all food safety policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as required or assigned

Minimum Requirements
- Must pass a Standard Timing Model Test
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift
Preferred
- Certification from a technical trade school
- Previous experience in high-speed manufacturing
- Previous experience working with electrical systems
