Job Description

We are now hiring for a Line Assembly Associate! Under direction of the Production Supervisor and line leads, the Line Assembly 1 performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce component trays with surgical/medical products by performing the following duties.


Core Job Responsibilities:
• Visual and destructive in-process checks of label products.
• Continuous verification that labels being produced meet specification.
• Counting and packaging of label products.
• Work in an environment where tasks vary.
• Work at different work stations as production needs require.
• Maintain clean production areas.
• Work in other areas as needed.

  • To perform core functions of the position must have the ability to read and understand information presented in writing in English.
  • To perform core functions of the position must have the ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction).
  • Position requires:
  • Standing and/or walking for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week
  • Repetitive hand movement.
  • Lifting: weights vary from 5 pounds up to 25 and in some cases higher than 25 pounds.
  • Working in a closed-sterile environment.
  • Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous production/manufacturing experience.
