The Role

The Life Insurance Case Manager maintains primary ownership of insurance applications during the underwriting process and requires frequent communication / coordination between agents, carriers, and other parties as applicants are evaluated for Life Insurance. Case Managers are the primary point of contact for customers and must provide world class customer service by keeping customers up to date on the status of their application.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry
  • Life & Health Licensed – within 120 days of hire
  • Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment and problem solving in a professional manner
  • Ability to communicate accurately and professionally in both verbal and written communication with internal and external customers alike
  • Ability to react to change in a productive and positive manner with willingness to support your team and accomplish team goals.
