What you’ll achieve
As the Life Cycle Marketing & Transactional B2B Global Creative Lead you will drive the creative approach, shape the work through development, and ensure seamless execution. You will serve as the conduit between our advertising agency partners and various stakeholders throughout Dell. You’ll champion for both the creative and the business- pushing the boundaries to ensure we’re delivering breakthrough creative executions grounded in business needs. Where you will bring the most value is in soft skills- relationship building, influence, attention to detail, problem solving- with proven ability to navigate through the complexities of a highly matrixed organization. A positive, can-do attitude is a must.
You will:
Serve as a lead contact into B2B creative organization for assigned work; develop strong relationships and collaborate closely with both internal/external creative teams and other organizations within Dell Technologies
Own and manage the end to end creative development process- from creative brief inputs to partnering with regional teams on campaign execution
Clearly communicate with stakeholders, influence decisions, and proactively look to solve problems and enhance processes
Understand broader campaign strategy and apply knowledge to enhance creative, and develop creative briefs, working closing with various teams to capture, consolidate brief input, and review/approve with key stakeholders
Represent and present creative work, as needed, to socialize and drive alignment across the organization
Consider end to end customer experience and ensure marcom campaign carries through to digital experience

Essential Requirements
Proven ability to communicate and enjoy collaborating with others, proactive problem solving abilities
Experience managing or facilitating the creative process (concept to execution)
Experience crafting creative briefs, providing creative feedback and working with project management/creative resources
5+ years in marketing or like-minded creative marketing role
Enjoys fast paced environment and embraces new challenges and innovative ideas
Desirable Requirements
Experience building and/or executing lifecycle management and/or transactional programs
Advertising agency experience highly preferred
