We are a 16-year-old full service home health care agency accredited by The Joint Commission - the hospital standard of care.Job Duties:•

 Perform nursing services only under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse.

• Responsible for continuous review of all aspects of his/her caseload to include: appropriate utilization of services; ensuring continued skilled need; review of documentation in the medical record; maintenance of interdisciplinary communication and discharge planning.

• Working with the RN to develop a care plan, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis.Pay: Up to $31.00 per hour
