• Responsible for assisting physicians with the evaluation and management of all members presenting to the Clinic.

• Conducts assessments, enters data into EMR, and assists in development of care plans and coordination of care.

• Assists in implementing physician orders and order follow up, medication refills, patient/family education, identifying opportunities for preventive screenings, clinical issues to evaluate all members, notification of member's test results.

• Coordinates front office team to schedule appointments, meetings.

• Communicate effectively to providers and all departments to resolve issues.

• Set up all members for procedures, exams, and obtain vital signs.

• Utilizes EMR (electronic medical record).

• Maintains supplies in exam room, and all other duties within the scope of practice as assigned by clinic providers.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in respective state

• At least one year experience in a Clinic or Physician's office.

• Strong phlebotomy skills

• Strong front office experience, including phones, scheduling, greeting patients.

• CPR/First Aid Certification

• Computer skills including Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and Microsoft Office

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to work within clinic hours:

• Bilingual English/Spanish

This role is Monday - Friday, 4 - 10 hour shifts per week:

6 am - 5 pm and 7 am - 6 pm flexibility.

This role is based in the health center in Dalton, GA and remote work is not offered.

This role is patient facing & you must be fully vaccinated OR be required to undergo testing twice a week. Note, in some locations local law requires the clinician to be vaccinated with no testing option, in those locations local law takes precedent.
