• a C+E category (Class 1) LGV drivers’ licenceÂ
• previous experience as an LGV/HGV driverÂ

• a pension with up to 10% employer contributionsÂ
Building an inclusive work environmentÂ
We’re actively building diverse teams and we welcome applications from everyone. We want to build an inclusive environment, where everyone can contribute their best work and develop to their full potential. Â
As an LGV driver at Co-op you’ll get a manager who listens to you, and works with you to protect your wellbeing. You’ll also be part of a depot team that works together to celebrate difference, and gives colleagues a say on the day to day things that affect them at work.Â
We can make reasonable adjustments to our interview process if you have specific needs. You can find out more about Co-op people policies at coop.co.uk/peoplepolicies.Â
