This isn’t just a driving job, you’ll be the face of Matalan, working in a positive and friendly manner, and you’ll also be responsible for unloading deliveries at store.

Your Working Hours

You’ll be contracted to an average 48 hours per week over a 26-week period, so your hours can vary week to week but you will be paid equally for these hours.

• Working Monday to Friday on the early shifts starting between 4am and 8am
• Optional overtime available at weekends

T&Cs

New Starter Bonus of £1000

• Applicable to all new colleagues who join the business 22nd September 2021 onwards
• Must have successfully completed at least 12 weeks service with the business (inclusive of any holidays taken), and must still be in the business on 31st December 2021.
• The bonus will be payable in the next salary paid after 31st December 2021, unless 12 weeks service has not yet been completed - where this is the case, the bonus will be payable after 12 weeks successful service.
• Is not payable if subject to any investigation or disciplinary process, performance management or under absence review
• Must have 100% attendance in this period (excluding pre-authorised holidays)
• This is non-contractual and discretionary

Peak period bonus (enhanced rate of additional £1 per hour)

• Non-contractual and for a limited period under regular review and can be withdrawn at any time
• Applicable to all Corby based Drivers
• Full contracted hours must be worked during the Payroll period to qualify for the enhanced rate for that week
• Not applicable to sickness or other unplanned leave
