Utilize knowledge of information technology, legal processes, and project management to perform analytical work, implement solutions, and conduct training in support of the Truist Legal Department. Serve as point of contact between legal and IT and/or external vendors to coordinate the identification, ongoing development, implementation, maintenance, and support of technologies used or to be developed for use by the Legal Department. Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards that provide insights into Legal operations and performance for multiple stakeholders, including various lines of business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support Legal Department in improving processes, knowledge management, information governance, records management, vendor management, and use of technology.
2. Develop and implement service delivery models, communications, and training.
3. Participate in Legal Department projects, strategic planning, and strategic initiatives.
4. Develop and analyze reports and dashboards periodically or as requested to support operations and strategic objectives.
5. Build relationships with project stakeholders, including other Legal Department Teammates, IT, other stakeholders such as various Truist lines of business, and vendors.
6. Partner with and provide support to internal legal teammates to ensure the legal technologies meet their needs and appropriate workflows are in place.
7. Partner with IT to meet the infrastructure and software development requirements of the Legal Department.
8. Act as administrator of legal systems, working with IT, vendors, and Legal teammates to develop and enhance workflows, data extracts, and information analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
2. Three or more years of relevant experience in a corporate setting, law firm, or government agency.
3. Strong interpersonal and inter-team communication skills.
4. Advanced technological skills and knowledge.
5. Excellent research and writing skills.
6. Strong organizational skills while being able to prioritize workload to meet critical timelines.
7. Superior organizational skills while being able to prioritize workload to meet critical timelines.

9 Creative problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner seeking input of others as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. An educational focus on technology, business, or finance, and experience in the financial services industry.
2. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, IntApp, enterprise legal management software, SharePoint, document management software.
