Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders to the Performance and Development team and the learning experience.
  • Owning the design and delivery of technical and non-technical induction elements; responsible for aligning content with business unit requirements.
  • Up-skilling of Operational Trainers by providing ongoing coaching and mentoring.
  • Leading the development of interventions and partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and third parties.
  • Owning quality frameworks and governance of Operational Trainer outputs and performance.
  • Delivering of Divisional and Group developmental content including soft skills, induction and skills labs
  • Developing, amending and redesigning of training content and programmes in classroom and online environments.

What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge and understanding of operational learning requirements in a contact centre environment (desired).
  • Effectively manage, lead and communicate changing priorities.
  • Ability to effectively manage the development of multiple learning projects to completion.
  • Ability to facilitate internal events and workshops, delivering content as required to meet operational needs.
