The Amazon Consumer Talent and Development (CTD) Team is looking for a Learning Program Manager who will be responsible for testing and piloting new programs, products and technology; ensuring they meet the high standards demanded by our customers and are launch ready.
You will work within the Business Integration team to create a strong network of test and pilot ready sites and Subject Matter Experts required to support each stage of the process. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders across numerous sites and countries is crucial. You will report findings and develop solutions and launch plans that facilitate the best opportunities for success.
The succesful candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality.

Main responsibilities:

· End-to-end ownership of the test and pilot process.
·
· Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery of global training programs for all CTD Managers across the EU.
·
· Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
·
· Create innovative launch solutions that are utilized in multiple geographies and languages.
·
· Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement
·
· Travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Excellent written communicator
· Experience testing and piloting products
· Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels.
· Experience and proficiency with MS Office
· Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects
· Master’s degree in related discipline: Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, etc.
· Experience in change management and process improvement activities, designing scalable solutions and implementing these at pace and at scale
· Familiar with instructional design principles and have created, edited and administered training content and programs
· Experience as an HR or L&D for an Operations focused organization
· Fluency in additional European languages is desirable
