The Learning & Development (L&D) Team within Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) is looking for a Learning Program Manager, who will be responsible for developing and managing effective, scalable learning solutions for warehouse associates across Sub Same Day (SSD) and Hub business lines in the EU.
The Learning Program Manager for EU Sub Same Day and Hubs will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving the learning programs that make jobs safer to perform and that lead to higher quality outputs. The role will also include exploring new ways to leverage technologies to achieve learning outcomes for various learner populations across GSF. This is an individual contributor role who will report to the Senior Program Manager for EU GSF L&D.
Performing this role will involve regular collaboration with stakeholders in the broader L&D organization such as Content Developers, Learning Analytics and Learning Management System (LMS) Administrators. The role will also involve frequent collaboration with Operations, Human Resources and other functional teams who are located across multiple geographies.
The primary responsibilities include:
· Develop strategies and on-going improvement efforts that drive effective delivery of EU training programs for warehouse associates
· Manage administration of tools and processes involved in running EU training programs
· Oversee training-related activities to support the launch of new GSF sites
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders in broader L&D organization as well as other functional teams in order to meet the learning needs of EU warehouse associates
· Oversee Train-the-Trainer programs and sessions to ensure high quality trainers for various needs
· Manage robust record keeping of training activities to drive safety and scalability of efforts
· Provide regular reporting and analysis of training activities and learner effectiveness to drive engagement among stakeholders
· Oversee communication efforts to promote and highlight key training initiatives across the network
· Travel approximately 20%
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or prior Amazon experience
· Experience developing and implementing training programs based on broader organization objectives
· Experience developing, analyzing and reporting performance metrics to cross-functional stakeholders
· Experience delivering virtual training/information to peers, hourly associates and senior management
· Experience working with cross-functional teams in global environment
· ·Experience with basic reporting and analysis using functions in Microsoft Excel

· Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and implement blended learning solutions
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines

· Understanding of industry learning trends and future learning programs to help drive innovation
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent program and project management skills
· Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority
