Amazon's Operations Talent Development (OTD) team is seeking an innovative learning professional to manage the end to end experience of new hires onboarding and design and new engaging training curriculum for new hires, as part of EU Ops Onboarding programs.
This includes collecting needs from business stakeholders, influencing internal stakeholders, creating engaging digital content, understanding gaps with existing solutions, coaching leaders on effective presentation skills, facilitating engaging sessions,

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Partner with a variety of senior business stakeholders and internal stakeholders to provide amazing learning experiences to our new hires
· Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business.
· Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
· Facilitate engaging training sessions and Coach business leaders on effective presentation skills
· Develop learner engagement strategies and evaluation plans.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor degree in instructional design, communication, education, marketing, or related field.
· Proven ability to think creatively and contribute to process simplification/improvement at a team level.
· Ability to manage medium to large projects while working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
· Proven experience with design/instructional design, developing blended, instructor-led, eLearning, micro learning, and digital learning.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with marketing and internal communication

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s Degree in learning design and development
· Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.)
· Expertise using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Captivate
· Familiarity with gamification, xAPI, and learning technologies
· Proficiency in graphic and/or web design skills
