You will partner closely with business unit senior leaders and HR to understand where learning solutions or strategies can best drive business outcomes and help to influence and shape the associate experience. 

 The Expertise You Have

Strong experience with internal consulting and/or client management

Ability to project manage and/or program manage, as needed

Experience designing, developing, executing, and overseeing others doing similar work on your projects – all that will result in engaging learning experiences

Intermediate/Advanced experience using tools for visual and multimedia design

4 – 6 years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, user experience, or related field

Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to create modern visual designs

The Value You Deliver

Lead the design and development of learner-centered, high-impact learning experiences through agile and LXD practices

Generate and pursue fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms to create value for the organization 

Collaborate and provide consulting to HR, Learning, and Business Partners to understand their strategic requirements and corresponding needs for learning experiences and solutions

Work with other Human Resource teams (Learning, Talent, Line HR, Compensation, etc.) and across Fidelity to identify new opportunities and deliver integrated experiences and solutions 

Create engaging learning experiences, content, and visuals that make complex skills simple and easy to learn

Research new technology and techniques and influence adoption across the team

Offer technical, creative, and logistical recommendations, both within the team and externally to other stakeholders, on the design and production of learning experiences and content

Apply accessibility standards to learning experience design
