The Role
As a member of the Enterprise Learning Experience team (ELX), you will be at the center of Fidelity's initiatives to deliver modern learning experiences across the enterprise. Your leadership and ability to provide learning quality oversight will be crucial to assessing, planning, designing, and developing learning solutions. You will ideate, develop and refine new learning strategies and processes while managing complex learning projects.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design
Ability to design experiential experiences that go beyond the click-throughs and Captivate sessions
Eagerness to innovate and think differently
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.
Experience building rich, skill-building, learning experiences using Degreed, NovoEd and Fuel50
In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory.
Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.

As a Learning Experience Architect, you will advise our talent programs and learning organizations on practices and solutions that deliver on their business outcomes.

$70,000 – $125,000
This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
