The Role
The PI Home Office Talent and Learning team is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning, talent and people. As a Learning Design Architect, you will leverage your learning design expertise in assessing, planning, designing and developing instructionally sound learning solutions that are engaging and innovative as part of a broader Talent and Learning Strategy for Home Office PI.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Your strong, in-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design, development processes, tools, strategies, delivery, and evaluation methods
Ability to identify and leverage an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement
Direct experience with building modern content using dominKnow Flow, Storyline 360, Rise 360 preferred.
Experience with video capture and editing
Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven predisposition to influence and present to all levels of leadership from associates to senior leaders.
Ability to work within projects constraints, lead small scale projects.
Demonstrate excellence in project management capabilities supporting a broad complex team
Development and management of learning evaluation strategies
Graduate degree in instructional design or educational technology preferred
7+ years of solution design and development experience in a corporate setting
Experience with industry-standard development tools

Lead the design of learning solutions across critical skills and targeted role types employing strong adult learning principles, innovative learning modalities and technologies to transform the learner experience.
Create learner-centric experiences and content that leverage UX design with practical application, measurement and sustainment.
Effective translation of subject matter expert content into practical, accessible and relevant learner solutions.
Work with Learning Management System (LMS) by designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences using a suite of authoring and software tools
Maintain currency with the latest industry learning trends, tools and platforms and effectively implement insights and standard methodologies into program designs and solutions
Collaborate across peers and stakeholders building strong trusted partnership aimed at building learning solutions that solve business problems and strategic priorities.

Please see below for the salary range for work locations in Colorado only:
$70,000 – $125,000
This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
