Learning Solutions Manager

The Role

As part of the Asset Management Human Resources organization, you will work as a member of the Talent Development (AMTD) team. This role will be a critical addition to our learner experience solutions team supporting various projects across the AM organization. Working in partnership with the broader AMTD team this role will be responsible for the design, development and creation of impactful learning solutions, leveraging innovative design and media tools.

The Team

This role is intended to help develop and support our workforce of the future with the appropriate investing, technical, and digital skills, while also becoming more diverse in backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives!

The Expertise You Have

• Proven background in innovative, effective instructional design and user experience design
• Ability to identify and leverage an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement
• Experience with video capture and editing
• Strong performance consulting skills
• Ability to work within projects and lead small scale projects

• A balance of strategic, technical, and tactical skills
• Ability to collaborate with team and business partners with confidence and credibility and exhibit strong understanding of issues and challenges for the businesses
