The Role

As a member of the Enterprise Learning Experience team (ELX), you will be at the center of Fidelity's initiatives to deliver modern learning experiences across the enterprise.

Your leadership and ability to provide learning quality oversight will be crucial to assessing, planning, designing, and developing learning solutions.

You will ideate, develop and refine new learning strategies and processes while managing complex learning projects.

The Team

We are seeking inquisitive, forward-thinking team members, passionate about instructional design and excited to collaborate on innovative new approaches to learning at Fidelity.

As a Learning Experience Architect, you will advise our talent programs and learning organizations on practices and solutions that deliver on their business outcomes.

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience

Hands-on experience creating rich learning experiences

Eagerness to innovate and think differently

Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner

Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.

The Skills You Bring

In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design, development processes, design tools, strategies, delivery, and evaluation methods.

Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools.

Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.

Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.

Designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that improve performance.

Striving to push the boundaries of learning capabilities through experimentation and exploration of new ideas.

$70,000 – $125,000

This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
