THE ROLE;

Responsible for supporting the Customer Experience Team of IAG Cargo to deliver sustainable and innovative process improvement solutions (process analysis and design) that add value to operational delivery and business performance to support the IAGC strategy. This role is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Lean/Six Sigma and facilitates the continuous improvement process with a focus on the services provided to IAG Cargo by third parties.

DUTIES;

• Support lean process work as relates to Programmes and Projects within the IAG Cargo campus-to support our ongoing strategies. Focus on the processes delivered to IAG Cargo by third parties
• Support the Customer Experience Team with a culture of lean continuous improvement that should be embedded in all areas.
• Plan and facilitate workshops to deliver lean process improvements which support the strategic direction of the business; ensure sustained delivery of new process solutions.
• Champion Lean principles and challenge current operational/commercial delivery behaviours.
• Act as an interface to support the deployment of process excellence and new technologies within the business
• Leverage industry best practice to solve business problems and support our drive for achieving cargo excellence through service quality
• Ensure a clear focus on improvements that add value to operational/commercial delivery, whilst ensuring compliance to corporate project management framework and governance
• Promote compliance with quality management systems to support process governance, assurance and improvement activities
• Support training, coaching and mentoring of staff to develop business wide understanding of Lean principles and methods which will underpin cultural transformation
