Leadership Resourcing Manager

Based in Dunstable with hybrid working, offering the opportunity for flexibility

People are at the heart of everything we do, and we know that having a diverse leadership population can only be a good thing.  In the role of Leadership Resourcing Manager you will be leading our senior recruitment strategies across both our Support Centre, Premier Inn and Restaurant brands. Resulting in the acquisition of diverse leadership talent across all functions, which will allow us to become more reflective of our customers and a more inclusive environment for our team.

You will work alongside the core Resourcing team, providing specialist expertise in balanced and inclusive executive recruitment. This is a varied role that will work closely with our Talent & Capability and Diversity & Inclusion team to develop proactive pipelines of diverse talent for our leadership population, design effective leadership assessments and to lead our employer brand activity for leadership talent.

A peek inside the role:

• You will design, develop, and implement a programme of external employer brand marketing activity positioning Whitbread, and our brands, as the most inclusive hospitality employer for leadership talent.
• Utilising your existing knowledge in this area, you will lead our external networking, using both industry and functional groups, and the appropriate sourcing tools to build a pipeline of diverse leadership talent for future hires. 
• Using your experience within senior recruitment you will lead the development and maintenance of a robust framework for leadership selection.
• You will take the lead in the recruitment of leadership assignments.
• Embed Whitbread’s diverse hiring principles through the wider Resourcing function.

 What we’d like from you:

• Proven success leading senior leadership recruitment processes in a complex organisation, resulting in improvements in organisational diversity.
• Proven success of leading inclusive recruitment brand campaigns and processes, resulting in improvements in organisational diversity.
• Extensive direct hiring experience.
• Broad knowledge of leadership hiring techniques and technologies, including both proactive attraction and selection
• Broad knowledge of behavioural assessment, psychometric and personality assessment tools and landscape.
