Leadership Resourcing Manager
Based in Dunstable with hybrid working, offering the opportunity for flexibility

In the role of Leadership Resourcing Manager you will be leading our senior recruitment strategies across both our Support Centre, Premier Inn and Restaurant brands. Resulting in the acquisition of diverse leadership talent across all functions, which will allow us to become more reflective of our customers and a more inclusive environment for our team.
You will work alongside the core Resourcing team, providing specialist expertise in balanced and inclusive executive recruitment. This is a varied role that will work closely with our Talent & Capability and Diversity & Inclusion team to develop proactive pipelines of diverse talent for our leadership population, design effective leadership assessments and to lead our employer brand activity for leadership talent.
