• Lead the production of new LEGO® Play experiences by collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
• Ensure focus on key LEGO® Play features pivotal to the attractiveness and success of the product.
• Create User Stories to maximize value delivery and to support incremental evolution of existing Tech Platforms by driving new features which extend functionality.
• Secure critical path of the project in close collaboration with stakeholders by leading tradeoff discussions.
• Manage budget and take the necessary tradeoffs to deliver a scalable experience with a high focus on quality.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering teams and be accountable for the technical feasibility across all technical layers including hardware, embedded software and app.
As part of the LEGO Group’s Product and Marketing Development team, you will deliver seamlessly integrated interactive build & play experiences including software and experience solutions by utilizing the newest technology to ensure their reusability and scalability in our digital platforms throughout their lifecycles.

This role requires multidisciplinary abilities to stay on top of a dynamic, complex field in which interpersonal and communication skills are key enablers.
In addition, you have:
• A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience leading product development, preferably for children, creating physical products, apps, or other consumer experiences.
• Technical insight across a broad field including experience in leading concept, software, and hardware developers.
As an individual, you have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. You possess a playful mindset and have a deep passion for creative, open – ended play.
