This position within the Estates Department is to support our existing capability and follow through on any repair requests from our stakeholders.
Our successful candidate will assist the Maintenance Manager in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across both sites, ensuring all buildings and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard - for example the care and protection of our collections. Another key objective will be responding to work requests in a timely manner.
The role calls for an individual that has experience in building and facilities maintenance, highly enthusiastic, committed and adaptable to various types of work.
You will demonstrate knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical plant and equipment. The role will cover both reactive and pre planned maintenance tasks as well as health and safety compliance checks with accurate record keeping.
