As an IT Systems Engineer Lead on the Corporate IT team, you'll work closely with the HR IT, Business Systems and business teams to support and enhance the OnPrem HCM PeopleSoft instance and a growing portfolio of Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) integrations. In this role, you'll assist with asset, incident, problem, change and release management activities. In addition, you'll be part of the team involved with discovery and implementation of a Cloud solution to replace PeopleSoft in the future. Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
Associate degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and a minimum of six years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems
Instead of a degree, a minimum of eight years related experience listed in above bullet
Preferred skills
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.57 or higher, DPK Installation/Maintenance, Linux 6/7 , Windows 2016+, Oracle Database/SQL 12+.
Aptitude and interest to learn emerging cloud technologies to support future state of HCM.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft with >5000 users & experience installing the latest PUM images for testing and the bug re-creation support.
General skills on Linux (Unix) to perform all of the required tasks indicated previously and configuration related to Linux & Oracle Upgrades.
Experience with analyzing business requirements to create design and implementing configuration/integration with software APIs and Systems.
Compensation
$105,750-$129,250/year
