Lead Specialist, Accounts Payable

Responsible for ensuring the routine accounts payables deliverables in adherence with the country specific requirements such as statutory compliance and organization process, in the designated tools and formats. This will also include record maintenance, effective communication and team work. Resource will support in performing AP for India

You will:

• Responsible for ensuring the routine accounts payables activities such as Invoice validation, Vendor payments and Processing Payments of accounts payables transactions are in adherence with the country specific requirements and organizational process/ procedures, in the designated tools and formats.
• Ensure 100% compliance & Accuracy in all AP related requirements.
• Handle Various AP report presentation

Essential Requirements

Have a minimum 8+ years of experience in the Accounts Payable

Recommends changes in methods or procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts payable unit.

Assists team members in the determination of the appropriate process, policies and/or procedures to be used in the processing of accounts payable Ensures appropriate records are maintained

Responds to escalated internal inquiries. Coordinates audits to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Desirable Requirements

Utilizes computer systems to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed.

Builds and develops relationships with key stakeholders and business partners in order to achieve business goals.

Presents results of analysis, and makes recommendations to management. Lead and drive any cross functional projects to improve and streamline processes across the domain.

Will be involved in any ongoing projects and will support UAT requests.

Support Audit requests and Tax assessments within the SLA.
