As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You will ensure to achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
 

As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

• Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Leading negotiations, allocate needs to specific suppliers
• Negotiating terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement
• Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field
• Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects
• Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
• Visiting Key vendors on a regular basis and develop new strategic vendors that fit the business needs
• Conduct supplier visits to evaluate performance and maintain constructive Business relationships

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Show solid experience gained in a Sourcing/Procurement role
• Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
• SAP MRP/ERP experience
• Have good working knowledge of Microsoft office tools (primarily Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Access)
