As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, be in charge of wing to wing sourcing process by negotiating terms and conditions to the procurement of direct and indirect materials, equipment and tools.
 

As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

• Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Leading negotiations, allocate needs to specific suppliers.
• Negotiating terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
• Working on special initiatives, Reviewing and improving processes & Owning sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools
• Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Handling communication with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have bachelor's / HSC / GED from an accredited university with 4 yrs. of experience in Sourcing.
• Have Minimum of 3 additional yrs. of experience in Sourcing Initiatives.
• Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Have ability to Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Able to solve problems and resolution skills.
