As a team with integrity, we create value with impactful decisions by effectively connecting ideas and peoplePartner with the bestAs a Lead Resource Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, direction and staffing of Field Service Engineers.As a Lead Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:· Promoting excellence in safe working environment, Quality and ensures compliance with applicable EHS & Quality policies and procedures.· Managing FSE team, developing both technical and managerial skills through training path to achieve certification target and coaching session· Coordinating with FS Regional Pool to provide effective support and balanced utilization in respect of Working Time Regulation· Ensuring customer satisfaction deploying qualified FSEs for complex and standard Field Service Projects,· Communicating effectively with team members, P&Ls and AE support personnel during pre-job planning and post outage meetings· Supporting the hiring process for interviewing and on boarding and ensure resources target is to meet customer commitments and objectives· Traveling extensively and perform engagement leadership visits and meet with Customer representatives and team members.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:· Have Bachelor’s degree· Have previous experience as Resource manager within Oil & Gas industry.· Show knowledge of English, Portuguese and Spanish, spoken and written.· Demonstrate familiarity with common PC software tools.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
