The Operational Reporting, Analytics and Performance Measurement team, part of Evernorth Care Solutions, is searching for an energetic, collaborative and data driven Senior Product Advisor. The Product Advisor is responsible for designing and managing the build of our End to End Performance Measurement systems for new products, in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and build of End to End Performance Measurement systems to monitor and facilitate continuous improvement of Product and Operations performance. 
• Manage high-profile/high impact projects involving multiple stakeholders and drive the projects to successful, high quality, on budget, timely completion.
• Fully understand conceptual, high level, strategy and build a roadmap that breaks the strategy down into discreet, actionable activities to manage and execute against.
• Facilitate the prioritization of key deliverables
• Identify and develop relationships with sponsors, key stakeholders and project teams to gain roadmap approval and to communicate progress against project goals and objectives.  
• Embrace the proven Care Solutions performance measurement system delivery approach to efficiently execute and foster repeatability and sustainability.
• Consult on project planning and management of high-risk, high-impact projects
• Facilitate ideation sessions to resolve problems/issues
• Present issue resolution options to stakeholders to gain go forward direction
• Adhere to measurement governance models, ensuring operational definitions and measure calculations are defined, reviewed and approved by all sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Integrate project plans with other program work-stream plans to ensure proper sequencing and coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum B.S. in business, science, engineering, math, statistics, or related
• Minimum 4 years of experience with demonstrated results in reporting, analytics and process improvement, Agile Delivery.
• SAFe Agile PO/PM Certification
• Experience with Rally or other Agile Tools
• Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus
• Exceptional project management skills
• Strong human based design experience

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
