About the Role:
The Commercial team are responsible for the overall delivery of the Small and Medium Business P&L. The team has accountability for Pricing, Trading Performance, Governance, Planning, Commercial and Strategy, Reporting, Insight and Sales Enablement.
The Lead SMB Planning Manager is a leadership facilitation role. The role involves thinking about all the teams that need to come together to:
1. Set the overall direction for SMB, ensuring alignment to the VMO2B direction
2. Ensure that everything we do within SMB ladders up to this direction
3. Hold the SMB teams to account to deliver our strategy and plans
