Partner with the best

As Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide guidance and support for solving complex technical problems that arise in production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

·       Working collaboratively among the Global Supply Chain and Technology teams to develop new manufacturing, assembly, and test processes

·       Leading capital equipment procurement and installation that fosters lean manufacturing

·       Bring new ideas and positive support to the current process

·       Developing and maintain manufacturing, assembly, and testing specifications and procedures

·       Implementing productivity actions in order to improve the process and respect.

·       Leading and motivating other Engineers and Technicians in a team environment

·       Managing multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management, Budget control and EHS compliance.

·       Providing ongoing product support by identifying and driving product quality, test yields, and process improvements post-launch

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university

·       Have 3 years minimum experience in manufacturing or technology
