The Role

Fidelity Labs is looking for a Lead Machine Learning Ops Engineer (MLOps) to join a newly founded startup. The startup’s focus is building innovative technology for financial advisors and their clients. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining the next generation ML platform and infrastructure. The Lead MLOps Engineer will work closely with technical leads, infrastructure engineers and data scientists. They will establish best practices and lead initiatives to simplify the development and deployment of ML models at scale and bring game-changing ideas to market.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Extensive software engineering experience including distributed systems and data infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of Python

• Experience with ML infrastructure and ML Ops:

• Building tooling and automation to support the entire ML engineering lifecycle from experimentation to production operations

• AWS Sagemaker and Airflow

• Kubernetes, Terraform and ML CI/CD workflows

• Familiarity with data science, core ML concepts and approaches

• Passion for testing as a core part of the development process

• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high risks and high rewards
