POSITION AVAILABLE

JOB TITLE:  LEAD ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR

Job Duties:  Work with delivery teams to lead application support and enable efficient and optimal use of systems and applications. Lead technology refreshes, including hardware, operating system, and firmware and patching, applications/system configuration changes. Lead deployment of application upgrades and fixes for infrastructure. Evaluate technology, security, performance, availability, and interoperability requirements. Produce high-level design deliverables to enable production from development teams. Lead and monitor incidents, identify customer concerns and resolve customer issues. Evaluate industry standards, best practices, and latest product versions to support and enhance long-term goals for applications. Provide in-depth technical consultation to business partners and IT management/development to ensure development of efficient applications utilizing best standards, procedures, and methodologies. Review, identify and provide performance recommendations to delivery, capacity planning and systems administration teams. Provide hands-on support to team members. Validate functional and non-functional requirements for Oracle ERP, middleware architecture, and other applications. Coordinate with offshore resources on day-to-day operations, including application support, maintenance and service assurance activities. Work with leaders of cross-functional teams to share process improvements from systems and applications perspective. Provide primary support for ERP applications. Participate in projects to implement applications to Windows or Linux Web Server Infrastructure. Interface with customers, peers, and managers to evaluate and understand business needs. Ability to work from home exists.

Work Schedule:           40 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri, (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.)

Qualifications:

Job Requirements: Position requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Lead DBA, Lead ERP/Application Admin, Lead Consultant, DBA Manager or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree and twelve (12) years of progressively responsible experience. Must have six (6) years of experience in the following skills: Install, Configure, Development, and Support of Oracle EBS, Database, middleware, Web Servers, Cloud systems, SSO/OID; Implementation and Support of Oracle ERP (EBS, Database, Fusion Middleware, and SSO/OID) systems; Supporting Production Systems including Database and applications; Working in Linux and Windows environments; Project management experience. Must have four (4) years of experience in the following skills, Leading and supporting vendor-hosted and cloud-based applications, and configuring middleware stack, OID, and SSO; Lead the Integrations with on-premise and cloud applications.
