The Job 

• The position holder collaborates with division and department stakeholders to define and manage data  science projects from conception through implementation, including identifying and developing statements  of business problems; conducting exploratory data analysis and data mining; developing model specification  requirements; and conducting advanced statistical analyses 
• Lead the team to provide required operational support to respective teams for internally developed products  and extend support to get technical assistance for products developed by third party developers 
• Position holder is responsible to play an analytical role researching, designing, implementing, and deploying  full-stack scalable data analytics system and machine learning solutions to challenge various business issues • Responsible for making sure handling of data in accordance with company Security policy, privacy policy data  protection standards of the company 
• Responsible to facility to keep up the knowledge to provide insights to the data science and analytic practices,  trends, design, learning and development cycles, which improves the business’s overall performance by  improving data and analytics programs that provide high-impact insights 
• Establish proper team setup to pinpoint the issues identified to proper technical business division within the  organization 
• Responsible to make sure teams are enforcing procedures and frameworks to run the operational systems  smoothly with a minimum service impact 
• Enforce the staff to deliver targets of entire portfolio while conducting periodic review of their performance  and development needs 
• Build team- work within the division and up lift team spirit to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness 

The Person 

• A Four years Bsc degree in engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical/Mechanical  /Civil/Computer from a recognized University. 
• 5 or more years Experiences in the field Telecommunications & 2 or more years’ Experience in Data science &  Automation 
• Analytical skills and interpreting skills, coping with pressures and setbacks, Entrepreneurial and commercial  thinking would be added advantages
